Before the wedding, they provided a form to customize the prints, and although I had some uncertainty, they took my ideas and created something fantastic. On the night, the staff were friendly, energetic, and great with the kids. We received a delightful guestbook and USB with all the prints in a lovely gift bag, which was a nice touch.
