I want to write this without it sounding fake or anything because I originally looked at some reviews before trying Jemlit & was kinda on the fence lol...Not gunna lie, I definitely had moments amongst my experiences where I was sceptical & was thinking "Yeah, nope... I'm getting scammed" 😅BUT...(Although the process took a number of weeks to sort out completely due to items I unboxed being unavailable, outdated or out of stock.)In the end, I received either, better models of the original ones I won or; gift cards of my choice to credit items that couldn't be fixed up.I had the same, one customer service rep (Laura) talking back & forward via email nearly every day. She was lovely to talk to as well as very understanding & cooperative. She eventually resolved every query I had and happy talked me through anything i wasn't sure about, as well as provided me with updates for my orders & updates on my crypto withdrawal. All in all - I was 100% sceptical on the entire scenario but it turns out they are indeed legit & although things took multiple weeks to sort out (they did well to get everything sorted & posted to me before Christmas), I am one happy winner with a few new pieces of tech for myself & for Christmas presents that I wouldn't have had nor been able to afford beforehand + some $ in crypto as well! ☺️👌
