I was a loyal Jemlit user and reached Level 5, opening boxes every single day.Then, my level suddenly dropped to 2 without any real explanation.Support only sent generic replies and didn’t actually investigate my problem.I feel completely ignored and unfairly treated.Because of this experience, I will no longer spend money on Jemlit and I will switch to other platforms that value their users.Very disappointed.
