Tried to open a new savings account…

Tried to open a new savings account today but before I was finished I got logged off and did not create a username or password. Called in to customer care she was very nice tried to explain what I had to do to go in and just create a password and a username. Went through the same questions name social all that stuff when I got done it said Application Denied. I was simply going to close my existing savings and put my money in their Bank but I was denied. I consider it their loss and their Miss on a large deposit.
