Initial set up was a complete farce. J###ing off between the credit union and getting authorization from Jenius was a joke. I now have an account that does not exist, which shows up in every log in because Jenius "cannot delete" that account. Finally got it working. First few transfer deposits went well. Then this weekend tried to transfer a sum from an account at the credit union (as it turns out the credit union does not allow transfers from that account so I will close that). THE PROBLEM is that Jenius Bank (no Geniuses there) decided this was fraud FOUR DAYS LATER and have bricked my accounts. Wait, WHAT? You are protecting me from fraud, but never even alerted me?!!! Now I will not be able to access any funds for at least seven more days due to their total incompetence. I give two stars only for my prior good experiences and the fact that the "customer service" is US based. IF YOU NEED ACCESS TO YOUR FUNDS IN A HURRY, DO NOT USE THIS EBANK.
