UPDATE #2. Jenoss managed to resolve the issue as regards the malfunctioning tracking card. Sorry for the late update, as have been travelling O/S. New tracking card waiting for me when I arrvied home. Connected easily. Thanks JENOSS - I love the new wallet AND the tracking card. Snafus happen in life, but Jenoss worked hard to resolve the issue. Thanks a bunch!UPDATE 13/11/2025. Jenoss contacted me and have arranged for a new tracking card (compatible to Android) to be sent out. Still awaiting tracking info on the replacement card.Received Eclipse wallet last week and I am very happy with the wallet itself. Functional and works well.However, I also ordered a tracking card with the wallet. I have followed all instructions to sync the tracking card to my Android phone - without success. So far, Jenoss have not been able to solve the problem. I have reached out to them, but they keep asking for the same proof of videos and photos showing what I have done - I have sent these proofs on multiple occasions.
