I recently completed a fantastic Indian cooking workshop titled FROM JERICHO TO JAIPUR, and it was incredibly enjoyable. I gained a wealth of knowledge about Asian techniques and ingredients, as well as the various spices used, some of which were entirely new to me. Our instructor was clear and approachable, ensuring we stayed focused on all the different processes. It was such a delightful experience, and the final dish was simply delicious! I highly recommend this cooking school!

Welcome to Jericho Kitchen Cookery School! Our cookery classes are very much hands-on, informative and relaxed – we provide all the ingredients, aprons & recipe packs – all you have to do is turn up! We cook for about 2 – 2½ – hours then everyone sits down to eat together! Time to ask your teacher as many questions as you like!
Our classes include Thai, Tapas, Moroccan, Italian, Plant-based, cheese & bread making to name but a few. We are also introducing bee keeping & foraging classes. All our teachers are highly experienced & love imparting their knowledge through informative but more importantly fun classes.
We also offer corporate events as teambuilding and days out, cater for private parties, hen parties and offer gift vouchers for all our classes!
Our ethos is simple – we love fresh, seasonal & local (where possible!) food & want to share our passion for it with everyone!
