While most people had good experience with this company, mine was rather negative. Firstly I had to follow up several time before I received my card. Then the intended recipient found the card non-functional. When I informed the company and asked for remedy, they said that it was my/the recipient's fault -- they wouldn't even discuss it, insisting that it was impossible to happen from their end. I had to enlist Paypal's help to get my money back, and even then the seller totally misrepresented the cause despite supplied evidence to the contrary. I was grateful for Paypal ruling in my favor, but based on my experience will never again and do not recommend dealing with this company.
