This review is for the framing department where I had a Canvas Stretch order. They were slow, rude, and beyond the pickup day by a week. They never called to tell me they hadn't been able to start on the job and when I said I would take it elsewhere they said there would be a restocking fee. I asked what the restocking fee would be.The said they would call me back with the restocking fee, and a few hours later they called to tell me the canvas stretch that I had waited for for a month was ready. I will never go here again.
