Do not buy from this company. Their customer service is a mess. I bought 2 frames. One arrived broken, the other never came and we got no updates about the status of the 2nd item.The frame they sent arrive shattered. I filled out the proper “damaged item” form, was followed up with via email by a rep who asked me to send photos, which I did.Still the refund was not issued and I had to call to request a refund (because I had already had to purchase a replacement locally). I was told a refund would be issued promptly.Still,, the refund isn't issued.Then, I receive an email the missing frame they had said nothing about suddenly shipped. Which I will now have to go through the process of returning - if it arrives in one piece.Now, I receive another shipping notice, this time for the 1st frame that arrived broken that I am trying to get a refund for. So now I will have two items I no longer need after jumping through way too many hoops trying to get a refund for damaged product. We clearly stated multiple times DO NOT NEED A REPLACEMENT. We already had to purchase frames locally at a much higher price. I have spent a lot of time and effort (as you can see above) on this issue. Once this issue is finally resolved, I will never buy from this company again.
