I have purchased items from Jerry’s a few times. Each time something arrives damaged or destroyed. Each time you attempt to get them to do their job and issue a replacement or refund they drag their feet, set up hoops for you to jump through, and find a way to insure that you will give up in frustration. THIS is why their customer service rating is soooo low. Even just getting them to respond to the form they require you to fill out online initially is impossible without making multiple calls in to try to light a fire u see someone to get it done. They still won’t do it but they will give you another list of things to do! They will tell you they will send you a return label, which will never arrive, and so on. No other art supply company has ever given me such poor service, repeatedly, with every single phone call. I shop a lot for art supplies online and Jerry’s ranks right at the bottom of the barrel. Try almost anywhere else! Jackson’s is excellent. Even Blick or Amazon are better than Jerry’s by a long long distance. Once Jerry’s has your money they really just don’t care - pervasive to their lack of true service. just don’t do it, you and your hard earned money deserve better than this.
