Ordered 48x48 canvases (pk of 3)- end of box completely torn off and 2 of 3 canvases ripped down to stretchers. Called day they arrived - a Friday (no answer on CS line)- emailed w/pix same day. Called 3 days later (Monday)- finally pressed "1" for order and told them what happened. Was promised a refund for 2 of the canvases- no email confirmation arrived. Called AGAIN and no one picks up. I will NOT be ordering from this company again.
