Very disappointing experience. I followed all the steps required for a refund and it has been over 6 days with no refund and no confirmation email. Customer service has been unhelpful and there has been no clear communication about the status of my refund.
At this point it feels like they are avoiding issuing the refund they owe. I would not recommend buying from this company unless you’re prepared to deal with a frustrating return and refund process.
