Caution: If you need to reach out to customer service, you will likely get nowhere! This has been the most frustrating experience I've ever had. The patches I ordered are quite large and meant for the shoulders. I've spent over a month trying to secure a refund for a jersey that was supposed to come with patches, but it arrived without them. Instead of a refund, I was offered a discount to reorder jerseys, which has failed multiple times. This situation has dragged on for more than a month! I'm done. I will be notifying my credit card provider that I never received the item I paid for, and I can't get a response regarding a refund. I rate this experience one star because it was necessary. I regret ordering the jerseys from this seller.
