I ordered the thermo plast temporary denture.The product arrived and was as stated online.Customer service is kinda difficult maybe they're understaffed.But the product itself is less expensive than other places and is just as good if not better.Everything is included in the box There's YouTube tutorials.I have since re-ordered another product.I have been able to connect with customer service and they did help, hope this is useful to you.
