Where do I start. First no one there speaks English so it is hard to understand them. I wanted to order a bra from them. I got a male who barely spoke English. He did not know what he was doing and the phone conversation took 30 minutes to order one item. He then ordered the wrong bra size. When I got the email confirmation I noticed it was the wrong size. I called them back to tell them to update my order so they would send the correct size. They said they could not cancel or change my order because it was "in processing". I asked if the order was on a truck on its way to me and they said no that it would take 2 weeks to get to my house. They said the order was sitting in their warehouse waiting to be processed by someone. In order for me to get the right size I would have to place another order and send back the first order when I get it. How stupid is that. Just send me the right size and forget the wrong size. They should tell people that when you place an order it cannot be cancelled even if it is 5 minutes after placing the order.
