I immediately asked, via their customer service portal, to cancel. No one responded for 48 hours. When they did, they claimed that they could not cancel my order because it had already shipped. Four further communications about this matter have gone unanswered, and they did indeed charge me the full, non- sale amount, as seen on my bank statement.Really horrible way of doing business. Do you think that your customers won't notice when you deal with them dishonestly?
