Painful experience, delayed item by 2-3 weeks, not everything arrived in the order and then had to beg several times to get a refund on missing items. They do have some lovely clothes but it’s a shame the service can be hit or miss. Ordered a few times with no issue at all but the latest experience has put me off using again.
