Jet backup's Support is incredible that I asked for a review link to write to them.Most support centers you can easily tell that they are offshore by the lack of their responses / answers and the robotic nature. Everytime I've contacted Jetbackup their support has been incredible and non robotic, that I don't care to ask where they are located, because their performance doesn't even make me question this - so if they are offshore - it's never effected their ability to do their job and maybe they just have a higher standard of competency required to work with the company.A company offshoring should not impact the support you receive but with alot of companies it ALWAYS does. Anyway Jet backup - please don't loose your amazing staff that you have that can help in any situation.
