Their support team lacks the expertise to solve complex technical problems.Even basic problems are offloaded to L2 or L3 support team.They don't even read log files and simply do basic stuff like restarting jetmongod and jetbackup, expecting that to solve the problem.I have been stuck with the same problem since past 1 year and they are least bothered to fix the issue `Item Never Finished`.Their support staff Clark P blamed me for reopening 5 months old ticket because the same issue persisted again.Never expected this.Will move all my servers to alternate backup softwares.Backup restore anyway fails on most of my servers from Jetbackup
