Horrible!!!! We have never been to NYC or JFK, so we asked that the driver come into the airport. Well that did not happen! He called my husband in Florida to tell us that he was outside the airport. My husband called me. We went outside. We did not know where to go,. there was no sign in the car telling us the car was for us. The driver never opened the door. We sat with our bags on our laps. So unprofessional. He had no personality.The drive back to JFK was more of a nightmare. He was 30 minutes late because of a supposed flat tire. He was rude to us and said Come on hurry up and get in. Just like before our bag on our lap. After we got out of the city he was speeding. It was scary going through the tunnel. We got to the airport and he said that this may not be the right terminal. Go in and see, he said and I will wait. Well it was the wrong terminal and we went back outside and he was gone!! His name was Tarek Hassan. Do not use this company. Worst driver experience ever. Never again!!!!!
