I waited over a month for a dress that was completely different from the online image—poorly made, unfinished, and cheap-looking. When I expressed my disappointment, their response was worse. They claimed it was a 'made-to-order' item, making it non-returnable, and offered only 50% store credit, which is unacceptable. I’ve never encountered such unreasonable policies. This merchant is deceptive and unethical. I paid nearly $600 for a dress that seems worth less than $20. Please, avoid this merchant.
