I had 3 items of scrap gold chains and 3 gold bracelets to be repaired. Some being rose gold.No idea how but I found Carl and decided to send the items to see if he could repair and use the scrap items to reduce the cost.Received message...Repair £102.95Scrap £105.75AND HE OWED ME £2.80 !!!!!!!!!!!!!UNBELIEVABLE HONESTYReceived the items yesterday, beautifully repaired and Carl had obviously polished them too...they look brand new.No idea why there are 2 reviews which are not 5 stars .....just ignore them.Thank you again Carl you're a little star 🌟
