JFJ and Tom were extremely helpful, the customer service was great, the knowledge and easiness to purchase and advice was top end. Best quality/price ratio I found and delivery was easy. I was doing an own project at home and Tom was really, really, helpful on making the choices and even calling me to help and offering to help!In contrast, I went to some of the local vendors in West London, they would start the conversation by asking if I was builder or not, and as soon as I confirmed I was not, they weren't interested, the service was awful, if at all serviced, they would just give a price and basically were waiting for me to leave. Some were nice but essentially told me they would not take on a project of less than X sq ft, so my custom wasn't good enough.So when I spoke to JFJ, it was a restoration of belief in family run businesses and simple but useful customer service.Thank you Tom
