One night I came across this site, I read it, and I felt different about it to others i had looked at. I get a call from James, and Straight away i knew within minutes chatting this was right for me and what I needed! I had lost myself big time! And after 4 months, my whole life style has changed, ive got hunger bk again! My weight has dropped heavily! Feeling fitter stronger again! Carian took me on and gave me the believe and encouragement to do it, fast forward, Carian left and Nas took over from him and has been my apollo creed in my corner! A great guy and with loads of knowledge, keeps in touch daily! And just gives me that drive/passion desire/hunger to become the person I want! I wouldn't be where I am now if it wasn't for him driving me!! If ur lucky enough to get Nas, ull get to that place where u want to be in ur life!! Highly recommend!
