The CEO, James Gough, genuinely cares about your success and took some time over a 1:1 call to explain how they can help achieve my goals. Once I was set up on the intuitive app, and assigned a personal coach (Carl is the best!), it’s been a pleasure not only ticking off those boxes every day, but recognising the progress I’m making - not only physically but mentally. There is also a fantastic community behind you every step of the way, lean into that to get the most out of the experience. Finally, there are several events throughout the year to attend - the one I attended earlier this year was extremely motivational and energising.I personally signed up with a white collar boxing fight as the end goal, and I’m not planning to stop there.
