A really excellent structure and concept to fitness, weight loss, body recomposition. Covers personal training, mindset, nutrition, lifestyle and accountability. I know what I need to do, but JG and their coaches set you up to ensure you actions that based on your parameters and lifestyle, and pivot when things change. For example when injury sets in how to not get demotivated and keep going, how to accommodate busy periods or lifestyle changes like the summer months when going out and eating out are more prevalent. They teach the habits and tactics required to remain consistent. Can't rate them highly enough!!
