On January 7th 2025, I ordered 4 shirts of various sizes and styles in hopes of finding a good fit. My order was delivered the next day via UPS. After trying on the apparel, I ended up keeping 2 of the 4 items purchased. I inquired about returning the remaining 2 items as Jiffy offers no hassle returns within 100 days of purchase. Jiffy replied immediately to my email, not only stating that I would be receiving a refund within 24-72hrs, but also informing me that I could keep the shirts that did not fit and simply donate them instead! While I understand it would most likely cost Jiffy more to return the items rather than allow the customer to keep them, this gesture speaks volumes. I followed up by creating an account with Jiffy and ordered another 7 items in my preferred style.I would highly recommend this site/company!
