I signed up for Jill health over a year ago and was a customer for around 4 months. It started mostly well. I felt that many of their professionals were quite good. However when the meds became unavailable at their pharmacy, their pharmacist's response was "too bad.". No "do you want to try this instead" nothing. My local pharmacy went out of their way to not only find me an alternative, but call to ensure everything was going well. And I wasn't paying them a monthly fee. The counselor with Jill health also didn't seem very educated on the psychology of weight loss, and somewhat bored in our sessions. Beyond that the nutritional advice was also quite dated. I had a lot of hair loss issues following their diet plan, and way too much fat loss. Just speaking to my GP and tweaking things so I was more focused on my protein levels accelerated my weight loss and really helped the hair and muscle loss. While this company is an easy way to get weight loss meds, I wouldn't say they're worth their cost
