Fabulous item, poor delivery service used, great customer service. I really love Jim Lawrence ironwork items and ordered yet another curtain pole. It shipped in two boxes and the one containing the long pole was delayed by the delivery company special items handling. JL customer service were great and sorted it out. So overall a little frustrating as it took a week to arrive but great item and worth it in the end. Just a chilly week without a door curtain while we waited.
