Do not use. They are liars and incompetent!

My laptop was only charging intermittently. They put in a new jack , sent it back and it was worse than I 1st sent it. It was sent back and they requested a bitlocker number, which I don't have and cant get { apparently this is a security number to access the hard drive}. They were told that it was not possible to access this. At one point the said they needed my password to check if it was charging. Given they only needed to see if the light was on on the side where the power cable goes in I'm not sure why they tried to say something so obviously and clearly untrue { I can make a pretty good guess!!}. They then advised that they could proceed but that it would wipe all the info from my comp, so I advised to not do that. Anyway , they said the charging issue was fixed { another lie, it's still worse than when I first sent it in} and I have a screen that I cant get out of asking for a code I cant get. Now I have a computer that I can't use at all, not even one that's working and needed to be set up.
