I had my stencilled driveway painted by Jims.Driveway painted with non slip added to prevent slip and falls due to my disability by Jims Window & pressure clean on 10/10/24. The paintwork deteriorated &was coming away, unsightly after 5 months. the person from Jims who did the job, was contacted 29/4/25 & he came onsite. Stated needs guerny but did not offer to do. Stated was mould, did chlorine spot test to no effect. Stated should last 12-18 months & if I wanted a better job, I should of paid more. No outcome- he left. Complaint lodged with Jims call centre 6/5/25- who passed complaint to manager who called me & stated no warranty on invoice, job correct, Manufacturer issue. Complained again 27/5/25 who passed on to CEO- Jim, his email to me 4 minutes later, advising I chose paint, job done a year ago, take it up with manufacturer. Several emails sent to the CEO who never replied. I only chose the colour, not the paint. Final complaint lodged 25/6/25 requesting all transcripts of conversations, never received.Email sent to Jims Admin by myself, urgently requesting transcripts, to- date not received. Also I requested to forward our conversation to the CEO, that I would take the matter further. To-date CEO has not contacted me.Contacted Dulux who stated product has not failed, if preparation was done according to there technical specification sheet. Complaint also lodged with Dulux. Complaint lodged with Fair Trading on 1/7/25 and to-dated they have not received a reply or any communication from Jims. By ignoring the complaint, is how Jims guarantee there customer satisfaction. rather than finding a solution, Jims disregarded me completely. They did not care. SHAME ON THEM!
