The rug arrived in a small box with set in lines and wrinkles. Have washed it multiple times. Have ironed on a low setting. It is only slightly better. You can still see every fold in it. My husband installed carpet for years. The carpet should have arrived rolled up with a plastic cover. If I can find a round rug that I like in a brick and mortar store, I will chuck this one.
