Regarding this purchase in question (Order #3232), you know that you acted wrongly, failing to comply with everything agreed upon. You were not able to provide the support required and requested by Customs, during the customs inspection process. Once the equipment was returned to your facilities, and the merchandise was inspected on site; you did not comply with your return policies (refund of my money), nor with what was promised to me. Ethically, I do not believe that this is the scenario to discuss this issue; I tried to do so with you (with your entire work team) via email, and you did not give me the relevant attention. I just want to alert any future buyers with my comment about the latent risk that anyone who tries to do business with you could have; due to the fact that you do not comply with your own return policies, and your lack of empathy.
