I have been a Jintani labs customer for 20 years. There has not been one time I have been shorted, or unhappy with the supplies I get. If it’s held up in customs, it’s been reshipped. If it’s damaged, I supplied a picture and they didn’t hesitate to replace it and sent the replacement without any more questions. I can’t ask for better service, or better supplies. They’re my “Go to Guys”!
