Customer experience is good enough, delivery was just a few days and the items arrived in good order.Unfortunately I cannot say the same for any pain relief properties as claimed by many other users. Yes it does have a 'Cooling Effect' but apart from that no additional pain relief benefits whatsoever, at least in my experience.Other people may experience different results and for them I am pleased, but not for me I'm afraid.
