There were a few moments when both my husband and I lost service completely—once in Osaka, a few times at Tokyo Disney Sea, and occasionally while passing through train tunnels. It seemed that most of these outages occurred in crowded areas. I'm not sure if being in such places impacts the service, so it's something to consider. However, the service returned quickly once we were out of the crowd or the tunnel. If we travel to Japan again, I would definitely choose this eSim once more.
