I waited 3 months for their Mexican flag swim brief to come out. I emailed back and forth with a JJ Malibu employee named Sarah through the months of June, July, August and now September. When I was finally able to purchase the pair, JJ Malibu lost the package. It was marked as delivered and never arrived. Sarah was not helpful- and the item is sold out. I have now wasted 4 months and have received $11 as "compensation"- which was just a refund. Sarah is acting like giving me my money back for something that never arrived is a favor. I tried supporting a small business and am rewarded with cruelty and indifference. Shame on JJ Malibu and shame on Sarah
