Pretty much the same thing everyone else is saying!!!! they give u the run around when they mess up!!!! I ordered next day air on my last two orders which came 3 to 5 days late there responses went from talk to carrier to we are waiting on info from carrier to we dont refund shipment fees even tho they collect the fees on shipping all run around poor customer service
