Solo first time buyer, with a great experience

I am a solo buyer looking to purchase my first home, and a friend recommended JLM Mortgages to me. I sent an initial enquiry email and received a response that night, with an appointment booked for the next morning! In the first appointment with Gareth, I had my financial review and we talked about my goals now and any potential future plans. This gave me the confidence that Gareth really wanted me to make the best decisions for me now but that would also set me up perfectly for the near future. No time was wasted and we began the process there and then!I really enjoyed working with Gareth, he took the time to explain things to me and broke down the future projections and consequences of the decisions to be made. As a first time buyer there were a few things I didn’t know I needed to do and processes I wasn’t sure of, that is where Gareth’s experience shone. You can tell he's very passionate and knowledgeable about his area of expertise. He really and truly worked for my benefit, ensuring the decisions I made worked for my financial status now but also projecting my future goals and ensuring I would be in the best position for them. Even when I needed extra support Gareth went above and beyond to support me and also knew how best to communicate with all parties in the house buying process. Gareth’s communication was very honest and second to none, he provided everything when he said he would and was great with emails, calls and texts. He also supported by speaking to parties in the process to ensure the process was moving along and providing me with updates. I really felt like he brought me along and updated me constantly on the process. Would definitely work with Gareth on my next project! Thanks again.
