I would recommend using their services,especially in these difficult times, in regard to securing a favourable mortgage.Gareth Llewelyn was excellent and from start to finish was friendly but very professional and was able to take a lot of the hard work out of the experience.He was attentive and and was available to answer any questions and as stated all ran very smoothly and managed to secure a favorable outcome.I would also recommend anyone from Scotland to use there services as he was up to date in understanding the differences in the house purchasing process in Scotland.I would highly recommend their services and I will certainly be recommending to others who I know are in the market.
I had an amazing experience with JLM Mortgage Services, Gareth in particular. I was recommended to them by a friend, and my friend wasn't wrong. I'm a foreigner living in the UK, so my mortgage wasn't straightforward but you never would have known by the ease of the process. They also helped me to understand the process and make key decisions as well as gave me a realistic read on the market and timelines – spending as much time as I needed to talk things through. I never felt like I was pushed into anything and I never looked back after deciding to use JLM.
This is now the 2nd time we have used Ryan from JLM, on both occasions the service was incredible, from start to finish, helpful, professional but also very friendly, his knowledge and advice really helped us make the right choice. Absolutely brilliant service. Was above and beyond what we expected and everything was done catering to our best interests and our situation. Extremely efficient and explained everything in as much detail as we wanted. Worked with us to understand everything and to help us make the choices we were comfortable with. Everything was done quickly and easily without any problems. Very much felt like a personal experience rather than just another number/client, and felt like we had a safety net and a helping hand that we could truly rely on to help us through the process. Couldn’t have asked for a better broker or a better process from start to finish. He is very knowledgeable, was reliable, thorough and comprehensive in his work and provided personalized advice taking into account our circumstances.
