If I could give no stars I would!You buy a luxury branded vehicle, pay a premium for it and expect them to have the dealerships/customer service to back their products....but no.Jaguar don't care that their vehicles breakdown/how long it takes to get spare parts/how long their customers are inconvenienced for......what a huge disappointment Jaguar are. I will never buy another car from JLR and would advise anyone thinking of it, to reconsider, you will waste your money and be stranded with a car that isnt fit for purpose! How sad that a British luxury car brand, founded in 1935 has become nothing but a failed brand and a laughing stock of the car world - wish I'd kept my Ford focus 😢
