This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced in over 40 years of driving. I bought a brand new Range Rover Sport 2 years ago and have a number of issues in particular with the paintwork on my bonnet. None have been rectified!!The customer service experience has been abysmal, I also sent the complaint to Adrian Mardell the UK CEO, even he couldn't be bothered to respond.Safe to say i will never be purchasing another Range Rover, i will stick with the Germans going forward, never had any such issues with Audi or Mercedes having purchased several cars from new over the past 20+ years.Such a shame that the customer service is so poor from what I thought was a British institution.
