Extremely poor after sales service. Zero level of customer centricity. On 30th May we got delivery of our order of a dining table 4 chairs and a bench, Vide order number #8881. We had prepaid for the assembly of furniture, delivery guys had no clue, had to show them the order then they did all in haste. Leg of one chair was broken. The size of bench was not fitting the space as we visualised. We immediately raised both issues and we're reassured by the team at JMD furnishings, it would be resolved. We waited patiently and reminded them now and then. Their customer care team stopped responding post 12th June. After repeated follow-up efforts, Very recently they confirmed that they are sending the new bench and person to repair the leg of chair on 9th July. No body turned up and now no one is responding. My wife Sheetal Dubey was engaging till now, it has been frustrating, harassing and disappointing experience with them. Please be wary of dealing with them.
