I ordered a table and chairs from this Company. It came and was fitted by two men at 6.45 am. It looked very nice Immediately after they left I noticed two chairs were damaged with a small tear in each on in exactly the same place. Within two minutes of them leaving I messaged the company to notify them. I was told they would be replaced within a week. Nothing was heard from them so I messaged again and was told they were booked for delivery on Tuesday 25th March in the evening. Nothing turned up and yet again I’ve had to message them. No answer as yet but I’m going by other reviews it doesn’t look good. I’ll let you know the outcome as I will be taking Action against them if it’s not rectified.I’m an 80 year old widowed pensioner.Update: 4th April. Despite promises that the damaged chairs will be replaced nothing has happened. Messages ignored so unfortunately I’m having to take Legal Action. It seems this Company are fine until something goes wrong so BEWARE.
