perience - NEVER AGAINI took my Uggs to Johnson and Johnson cleaners after they advertised that they can clean them professionally. I took two pairs and paid £80 for the privilege to have my shoes ruined. £400 thrown down the drain and customer care did nothing but say they can’t do anymore, even after there own staff in the Loughborough branch said it was “shocking” what had turned back up. They didn’t even offer to refund the cleaning fee and I still 5 weeks later don’t even have my own shoes back.I can honestly say the whole experience has been upsetting and actually borderline horrendous. For a company with deep rooted family values I’m shocked but I would NEVER NEVER trust them with your items of clothing or shoes if they are of any value to you.They just make you sign a waiver- apparently which they don’t even explain is a waiver and then remove all responsibility- simply awful! They may aswell of just taken £400 out of my purse- i will be taking this further and can see others have had the same issue now. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
