This is a second instalment to my original review of my 1 star experience which although I will not be removing that review because it is truthful of my experience, I have since had another experience which has changed my opinion somewhat (not fully as the first situation still should not have happened, and the fact that my resolution has really mainly come off the back that I had to write a negative review in order to be heard is why this is still only getting 4/5)Since posting my review I have now since been refunded and also had a journal sent to me along with some other products that I did not originally order which was kind, although it was not in the original colour I ordered I am pleased that I suggested that I should have been notified of lack of stock and offered an alternative product has been listened to and honoured complete with the embossing I ordered. Thank you for rectifying the situation for me and sending it out quickly with additional products, I thoroughly appreciate you taking my complaint seriously and professionally
