This is a difficult one as the products are high quality and stunning and come beautifully wrapped. For someone who loves a list and has to be organised it is a great productHowever customer service is unresponsive & poor. I ordered a second journal the Christmas planner ( these products are not cheap). It came without the pen. I was then sent a pen after 2 chase emails only not the one that goes with that planner. Again emailed and no response to date
