Ordered the 'Our Organized Chaos' planner with expected delivery of 2-4 days, however, after 6 days it still had not arrived. I got in touch through the chat on the website and someone promptly replied to me. I was informed my planner had gone missing in transit (which was no fault of their own) and that they'd send out a new one for next day delivery. It arrived quickly, and came with a note apologizing and a free set of highlighters. It was a lovely touch to have done so, and the planner itself is beautiful! So many sections to help organize your life, which is great for those with little kids. Definitely one of the best planners I've brought and am looking forward to using it.
