Just a waste of time. It promises to save you time, but it does such a poor job that you wouldn't bother applying so badly to such ill-fitting companies anyway. It chooses positions that you won't be suited to (e.g. strict language requirements that it doesn't notice; a string of weird companies; remote positions in the wrong geographies, and on and on).
Really, if you want to use AI to make your job hunt quicker, just use gen AI to help you write some cover letters and do it yourself, rather than wasting time and money babysitting this weak software.
